Transcripts and certificates
Alumni can obtain copies of their degree transcripts and certificates from the University.
Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)
In 2014-15, the University phased in a new Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) that replaces degree transcripts.
To find out whether this affects you, visit the HEAR information for alumni page.
If you are eligible and haven't received your transcript, we might have already registered an account for you. Please check your university email account for an email from Gradintel.com and ensure that it didn't go to the junk/spam folder. This email will have a link for you to activate your account.
If you cannot find the email or the activation link has expired, please contact Gradintel at firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following information: (1) Full Name, (2) Date of Birth, (3) University Student ID, and (4) University Email Address.
Transcripts issued by the University show information about the qualification awarded, the modules taken during the study period, and the credits for each module taken.
Transcripts can be ordered and paid for via our online store.
All University of Exeter Graduates are presented with a Degree Certificate at their Graduation Ceremony (Certificates are posted to those who choose to be awarded in absentia).
Subsequent and replacement copies of the Degree Certificate can be ordered via our online store.
Please be aware that during busy times, especially at the start of term, it may take up to a few weeks to process requests. If you have any questions please contact the Student Information Desk (SID) via:
