SEN and disability skills: Videos for NQTs and initial teacher training trainees

The video resources on these pages are designed to help newly qualified teachers (NQTs) and initial teacher training trainees (ITTs) develop the required professional skills to teach children with special educational needs (SEN).

The videos are divided into eight sections called the Pillars of Inclusion, which illustrate inclusive teaching and learning in both primary and secondary schools. They cover a variety of topics, strategies and ideas to sustain and improve the learning environment, including interviews with experienced professionals.
