Careers
Our LLM International Human Rights Law is an ideal preparation for a career in International Human Rights Law. The modules offered include topics you must have a knowledge of in order to succeed in senior positions, whether in private practice, corporate or public employment – including the United Nations and the International courts and tribunals. In addition, the programme teaches you skills very much favoured by employers: finding out the law from the original sources; becoming familiar with the related case law; preparing and producing extended legal writing; and presenting a legal proposition briefly and succinctly to an audience.
The Study Tour to the United Nations in Geneva is an invaluable asset, in terms of showing you the practical aspects of an employment at the United Nations.
