Annual lectures
- The Lasok Lecture 2011 will be given by Professor Paolo Mengozzi, First Advocate General of the European Court of Justice. The lecture will take place on Friday, May 13th 2011 at 5pm at the X-fi Lecture Theatre, followed by a reception. Venue for the reception to be advised. The title of the lecture is ‘The judicial protection of individual rights and the principle of proportionality after the Lisbon Treaty’.
- The First Annual Lecture on European Private Law will be given by Professor Hans Micklitz, Director of Graduate Studies and Professor of Economic Law at the European University Institute, Florence and chaired by Professor Leone Niglia.
This will be held on Thursday, March 24th 2011 at 5pm, followed by a reception. Venue to be advised.
