Gender, Sexuality and Justice Network

The Gender, Sexuality and Justice Network is a new research grouping which aims to promote critical, interdisciplinary research the field, with regular discussion groups and associated events.  Alongside interests in research relating to the theory and politics of law’s relationship with gender and sexuality, this network’s aim is to inspire research outside the bounds of traditional legal debate. Accordingly, fundamental importance is placed on research that not only addresses the political and legal influences on these issues, but that which also recognises the importance of literature, art and popular culture upon the construction of gender, sexuality and justice.
