I am Anna Heenan, a PhD student at the University of Exeter and this research forms part of my PhD. My supervisor is Professor Anne Barlow

This research is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).  I also undertake occasional work as a solicitor but I am conducting this research as a PhD student and will not be able to offer legal advice.

It will involve one interview, either face to face or by telephone, which is likely to last around an hour.

I would like to record this interview with your permission.  You can stop the interview at any time and you do not need to answer any questions that you do not wish to answer.

Sections of the transcript of your interview may be published, either in journal articles or elsewhere, following this research.  Your real name and the real names of your spouse and children will not be used.
