Overview
Lindsey joined Exeter Law School in September 2021. Prior to joining the University, Lindsey worked as a solicitor at a large regional firm for over 12 years, specialising in group actions and healthcare litigation. She holds an LLM masters degree in Medical Law and Ethics. Lindsey currently teaches on the undergraduate Legal Foundations, Tort , Medical Ethics & Law and the Medical Ethics & Law Foundations modules. She convenes the Graduate LLB Tort module. She also undertakes supervision of students on the undergraduate Dissertation and Research Paper modules, as well as postgraduate Masters level dissertation students.
Lindsey is currently undertaking her PhD research, where she is focusing on the legal and social policy implications of scandal in healthcare.
Lindsey is the current Director of Mooting, Negotiation and Client Interviewing. She is also the Programme Director for the Law with Study Abroad programmes.
