Mitchell Travis' research engages with the legal humanities, feminist legal theory and legal personhood. His work includes an analysis of the relationship between law and science fiction and, more recently, a critique of contemporary legal personhood exemplified through the use of artificial intelligence. Mitchell is part of of SCuLE, Science, Culture and the Law at Exeter.

 

This year Mitchell will be teaching on the EU Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law modules. He is also the undergraduate core workshop co-ordinator for the law school.
