Dr Horace Yeung
Lecturer
Horace obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting and law with first class honours from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, his LLM with distinction from Lancaster University and his doctorate from the University of Oxford. He was a Sir Edward Youde Scholar. Prior to his lectureship with Exeter, he taught at the University of Oxford and Universität Osnabrück.
His research interests are in company law, commercial law, financial law and comparative corporate governance. A research monograph is currently being prepared for Routledge's Economic Growth and Development Series.
He is a reviewer of the Journal of International Trade Law and Policy and has reviewed for the Journal of Corporate Law Studies. Also, he is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (an honour society for business scholars) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
