Programme overview
This four-year programme enables you to combine a LLB in English law
with a year in a European law faculty in Iceland or Ireland.
Study abroad opportunities are available in the following countries and institutions:

The programme is fully accredited by the Law Society and Bar Council and covers all the foundation subjects that are required to pass the Academic Stage that forms part of the professional qualification as a barrister or solicitor. On graduation you will be able proceed to the Solicitors’ Legal Practice Course or Bar Vocational Course.
Financial assistance
A limited amount of financial assistance towards travel and maintenance is available to EU students during the year abroad under the Socrates-Erasmus programme.
As part of a strategy to strengthen the School of Law, the LLB in Cornwall will move to the Streatham Campus in Exeter from 2013. The aim is to concentrate the teaching expertise and research resources of both campuses in one location, improving module choice across the School and enhancing the student experience.
If you join us as an LLB student in Cornwall in September 2011 you will spend your first and second years in Cornwall, your third year abroad and your final year at the Streatham Campus.
