Dr. Alison Harcourt is keynote speaker at the European Parliament conference “Media Diversity: why does it matter?” on February 6th, 2012. The conference discusses EU policies on media ownership, issues raised by the UK parliamentary enquiry into phone hacking and proposed Irish legislation to regulate media consolidation this year.
