Welcome to my home page
I have completed my PhD on telecommunications regulation in Egypt at the department of Politics, Exeter University, UK. I also worked as a Post-Doctoral research Fellow at Aston Centre for Critical Infrastructure and Services, Aston Business School, Aston University, Birmingham. I participated in teaching different courses on Politics of the public sector, Public Policy making and implementation, and Public Administration in Egypt and in the UK. I am holding a master of research degree (MRes) in Public Administration from the School of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University and a BSc in Political Science from the same institution. My research interests extend to cover different areas of the regulatory governance of liberalised public utilities particularly in transition and developing economies.
