Professor Jeffrey Karp

Biography

Jeffrey Karp received his Ph.D. in 1995 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He was a post doctoral fellow with the New Zealand Election Study (NZES) at the University of Waikato and later held research appointments at universities in the Netherlands. From 2003-06 he was Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University where he taught undegraduate courses in American Politics and graduate courses in political behavior. In 2006 he was appointed as Senior Lecturer in Electoral Politics at the University of Exeter. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2007 and Professor in 2010.
