In my role as Senior Executive Assistant I oversee the administrative activity within the SSIS Pro-Vice-Chancellors Office and support the SSIS College Executive.   My Team and I support the SSIS Executives within the Pro Vice Chancellors office, this includes the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Director of College Operations, Associate Dean of Research, Associate Dean of Education, Associate Dean of Global and the Head of Departments for Graduate School of Education, IAIS, Law, Politics and SPA. We are the administrative leads, support or contacts for all key PVC office processes, such as: Mandatory training, New Staff Inductions, Inaugural Lectures, Study leave process, Promotions process, Academic sickness reporting, Recruitment (including interview expenses and relocation expenses), Visiting scholar/honorary applications, SSIS College Bulletion, SSIS Staff/VIP events.
