Work Placements Officer, University of Exeter Q-Step Programme

Amory A340

My primary role is to support students on the Q-Step undergraduate programmes and the MA Conflict, Security & Development in sourcing and undertaking work placements as part of their course. This includes researching potential placement providers, building relationships with employers and managing the placement process.

I am the main contact for postgraduate careers and employability queries within the College, and I also work with Julia Paci, the College Employability and Outreach Manager, to support undergraduate employability activity.

I joined the University of Exeter in January 2014 having spent the previous 9 years working in recruitment and HR. I have a BA (Hons) in Political and Economic Development from the University of Exeter.
