Dr Scott Vrecko
Biography
I joined Exeter after having spent several years in the Department of Sociology at the LSE, where I completed my PhD, an ESRC postdoctoral fellowship, and a Wellcome Trust Research Fellowship (all within the BIOS Centre for the Study of Bioscience, Biomedicine, Biotechnology and Society), and then a fellowship in the UK’s Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology. Before that, I did my BA and MA at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver – which is where I am originally from.
