The College of Social Sciences and International Studies: Helping you build a brilliant career

Whatever stage you are at in your studies, it is never too early (or late!) to start thinking about your future.  Maybe you have a clear idea about what career you want to pursue, or maybe you don’t yet know exactly what you want to do once you have graduated.  Or possibly you have absolutely no idea whatsoever.  Whatever the case, the College Employability Team is here to help you make the most of your time at Exeter and prepare you for the next step.

Students in the College of Social Sciences and International Studies (SSIS) perform well in terms of securing graduate level work or further study on completion of their degree; the analytical skills you develop in your academic studies are very attractive to future employers.  To complement your learning the College also offers a range of activities and events with employers and alumni which bridge the gap between study and work. The activities aim to help you make informed decision about your future.
