SSLC Meeting

Staff-student Liaison Committee

The College is committed to enabling students to communicate their views and suggestions to influence changes to policies and procedures.

Each discipline will have an undergraduate SSLC, convened by a Subject Chair and   composed of elected student representatives and appropriate staff representatives.   The College will have a single SSLC for all students on postgraduate-taught programmes. For all SSLCs, training for Subject Chairs is provided by the Guild or FXU, a standard agenda is provided by the Taught Faculty, and minute taking is provided by the discipline Administrator.

The Associate Dean (Education) and Assistant College Manager (Education) will meet with Subject Chairs on a regular basis. Subject Chairs will also be represented on College Education Strategy Group.
