Changing Your Degree Programme

Students have no automatic right to change degree programmes once they have come to the University. Applications are subject to approval at College level, and also at the level of the Admissions Office and Taught Faculty Office. It is worth remembering that many people take time to settle at University and it would be rash to try to change course without giving your degree programme a chance. If you are considering making an application to change, you should first discuss the matter with your personal tutor. If you do finally change programme, you must collect a ‘Change of Programme Form’ from the College Office, ensure that it is signed by the releasing and accepting disciplines and then return to the College Office.
