Seminar 1: Content, Context and Modernisation of Competition law; Article 101 TFEU: Defining Relevant Markets and the Undertaking, criteria of assessment
Seminar 2: Article 101 TFEU Analysis & Article 102 TFEU: The abuse of dominance.
Seminar 3: European Merger Control Regulation 139/2004
Seminar 4: Article 106 TFEU: States and Markets.
Seminar 5: Articles 107-109 TFEU State Aids Policy, Filters & Procedures: State Aid: The Economic Crisis, Aid to Financial Institutions.
