  2. Corporate personality and lifting the veil of incorporation
  3. Directors, the company and stakeholders
  4. Directors’ duties
  5. Minority shareholder remedies
  6. Directors in public companies: remuneration, reporting duties, and strict liability.
  7. Shareholder democracy and investor protection
  8. Corporate finance and regulation
  9. Takeovers and insider trading
  10. Corporate liability, accountability and governance
  11. European company law and harmonisation
