The nature of a lease

express and implied covenants

Original tenant/landlord liability

Covenants including:-

-          Alienation – assignment and subletting

-          Alterations and Repairs

Renewal of business tenancies

Consideration/overview of the statutory framework governing different aspects of landlord and tenant – residential, business, agricultural
