Syllabus Plan

-       General Introduction: Theory of contract;

-       Different types of contracts;

-       Formation of contract;

-       Conditions of validity of contract (capacite, consentement, objet, cause);

-       Effects of contract;

-       Enforcement of contract and contractual liability.
