Dr Elham Fakhro
Honorary Research Fellow
Elham Fakhro is a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Gulf Studies, University of Exeter. Prior to joining Exeter University, she acted as Senior Gulf Analyst with the International Crisis Group, and as a Lecturer in Public International Law at New York University, Abu Dhabi. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (DPhil) in Socio-Legal and Middle Eastern Studies from St Antonys College, Oxford University, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School. Her research interests encompass the contemporary politics and foreign policies of the Gulf Cooperation Council states. Her Twitter account is @elhamfakhro.
