The College of Social Sciences and International Studies contributes to the University's Exeter Scholars programme. Exeter Scholars is a free programme giving you the opportunity to find out more about university, develop a passion for a chosen subject, and gain first-hand experience of student life at the University of Exeter. The programme offers opportunities for both South West-based and national students.
As part of the South West Exeter Scholars programme for Year 12 students, the College of Social Sciences and International Studies offers a pathway at the Penryn Campus in Cornwall in Business, Law and Politics. As part of the National Exeter Scholars programme for Year 12 students, the College will offer a pathway at the Penryn Campus in History and Politics.

Day in the Life
Our Day In The Life programme brings individuals or small school groups onto campus to gain an insight into life at the University of Exeter's Penryn Campus in Cornwall by shadowing an undergraduate student for the day.
Accompanied by University of Exeter Student Ambassadors, students will attend undergraduate lectures, seminars and/or other academic sessions, take part in a full campus tour, and have the opportunity to speak to staff and current students about the course, student life, the university, the city, and the careers and opportunities available beyond graduation.

Humanities, Business, & Social Sciences Conference - How to Save the World
Year 10 and Year 12
Friday 27th March 2020, University of Exeter Penryn Campus
It is now more important than ever for students to have an inquiring mind to help navigate the modern world. This event is designed to aid your Year 10 and Year 12 students in developing this skill. The conference will offer some interactive sessions alongside taster lectures in History, Law, Politics, and Business. Your students will also be able to explore our coastal campus and meet current students to gain a flavour of university life.
