I am the Student Services Manager for SSIS and have previously worked in the Students' Guild Advice Unit for over ten years, so have a real passion for student welfare. I deal with Health, Wellbeing and Support to Study, notably at level 2, designed to ensure that the University has provided the student with every reasonable support to enable them to complete their studies. My team are the College Office team and we help students with a range of enquiries, primarily mitigation and attendance monitoring.
