About the research

This conference is organised by Sabina Leonelli and GARNet with support from the European Research Council Starting Grant DATA_SCIENCE and BBSRC, with the purpose to explore the integration and re-use of big data in the plant sciences. This is one of the ERC project milestones, and also follows an earlier workshop co-organised with GARNet in 2012 on making data accessible.
