Crime of Aggression

Liability in international criminal law and defences

International Military Tribunals; ICTY and ICTR

Scheduled Learning & Teaching Activities	30	The module will be divided into 10 interactive seminars of 3 hours each, requiring active participation of the whole group. The seminars will be lecturer-led with guided group discussion. You will be expected to prepare for the seminars by reading the materials set out in the relevant seminar handout. In one of the seminars you will be asked to give a short (15-20 minute) group presentation on a topic set by the lecturer
Guided Independent Study	200	Preparation for seminars and class follow-up.
Guided Independent Study	7	Preparation for class presentation.
