Syllabus Plan

- The Juridical Nature of the High Seas and Deep Seabed
- Establishing Jurisdiction: Nationality, Registration, and Boundary Delimitation
- Procedural Law and Dispute Resolution
- Integrated Ocean Management
- Marine Environmental Law and the Protection of Biodiversity
- Marine Scientific Research and Bioprospecting
- Shipping, Mining, Cable and Pipelaying, and Construction
