Syllabus Plan

- History and introduction;
- Elements of the cause of action, enrichment, at the expense of;
- Unjust factors including such areas as mistake, compulsion, exploitation, and failure of performance;
- Defences including entitlement and change of position;
- Areas of continuing controversy including ignorance and the availability of proprietary remedies;
- Summary and revision.
