Syllabus Plan

Whilst the module’s precise content may vary from year to year, it is envisaged that the syllabus will cover some or all of the following topics:

  • Introduction and context
  • Relationship formation
  • Relationship dissolution 
  • Financial provision on divorce
  • Cohabitants and the law
  • Domestic violence

 Lectures are complemented by workshops on topics covered scheduled over the two weeks following the lecture.
