No matter where you go in the UK, leases form an increasingly important role in your relationship with others through property, whether this be in the context of residential, retail, office, industrial or agricultural premises. This module provides you with the opportunity to learn more about the rights and obligations that accrue to the landlord and tenant by looking in detail at various aspects of the lease and some of the statutory frameworks in which it operates.
In doing this, you will build on the knowledge of leases you have developed in Term 1 of module LAW2017 Land Law.
