Building on your study of Advanced Turkish I (ARA3165), which is its prerequisite, this module will (1) develop your skills in reading, writing and speaking Turkish(2) broaden your skills in using Turkish through the reading of Advanced level Turk?sh texts; (3) give you the capacity to carry on conversations in Turk?sh at the Advanced level; (4) perfect your skills in composition and translation of Turk?sh; (5) consolidate your use of colloquial modern Turk?sh through using a wide range of written and audio-visual materials, and lastly (6) enable you to comprehend classical Turk?sh literature at a sophisticated level of expertise.
