The module develops the basic knowledge of the EU legal order gained by students in Constitutional & Administrative Law. Upon learning in the previous courses about key elements of the EU’s institutional and constitutional order, you will focus on the main procedural and substantive issues of EU law. You will explore how EU law is made, implemented and enforced and how it contributes to the creation of the law of the Single Market.
