Syllabus Plan

  • Objectives of competition laws;
  • Prohibition of cartel agreements;
  • Prohibition of an abuse of dominance;
  • Merger control;
  • Objectives of competition law enforcement;
  • Public enforcement;
  • Private enforcement.
