Adrienne qualified as a solicitor in London and thereafter worked as an attorney in Massachusetts at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She then practised as a Family Solicitor for 8 years in Devon.  In 1999 Adrienne qualified as a family mediator and currently works as a family mediator in addition to teaching family law at Exeter University.  Adrienne qualified as a mediation professional practice consultant in 2007 and she now practices as a consultant for mediators around the country.  In 2010 Adrienne expanded her mediation work by becoming a mediation trainer for Resolution.
